This implies that the disease is a portrayal of double recessive genes occurring to a child. In this context, the patients inherit the disease from either parent who suffered from the disease. The environmental factors that contribute to the prevalence of the disease include dust and pollution, as is the case in most countries in contemporary society. Such factors contribute to the prevalence of the disease since they enhance the spread of the pathogens causing the disease.
