Part I Find on WestlawNext and read the first paragraph and part I of the court’s opinion in Yellowbear v. Lampert, 741 F. 3d 48 (10th Cir. 2014).  Write one to two paragraphs stating the name of the judge, your impressions of the judge’s writing style, and whether the judge’s writing causes you to want to read the remainder of the opinion.  Explain the reasons for your conclusions.   Part II Read the headnotes and citing references on WestlawNext for the Yellowbeardecision.  Then write your answers to each of the following: (1) What is the number of the headnote that is cited by the most cases?
