NFL and NFLPA Contract

One of you will represent the NFL, and the other the NFL Player’s Association (NFLPA) to negotiate and draft a contract that will implement a new policy to enforce a concussion protocol with teams to prevent, diagnose and treat head injuries, with a policy for breach/violation of the new provisions you create. In addition, if you represent the NFLPA you be will seeking funds for medical research from the NFL and some method of compensation for new claims of the older injured players moving forward. The NFL has taken the position that they have paid enough already and have instructed you to negotiate the minimum restrictions and financial exposure possible. Your preference is for the individual teams to bear the responsibility and not the League. THE NFL AND NFLPA HAVE TO NEGOTIATE AND NEED TO BE IN A AGREEMENT REGARDING TO CUNCUSSIONS, ATTACHED IS THE SAMPLE CONTRACT THAT CAN BE USED AS REFERENCE AND ALSO ATTACHED THE NARRATIVE FOR THE CONTRACT ( HAS TO BE A CONTRACT) (USE THE NARRATIVE PLEASE)
