Remembering an Event Essay

you will describe a remarkably important event from your life, incorporating into the report a description of the place where the incident occurred and what you learned/gained/lost from the experience. By event I mean an experience that took place in the span of 24 to 48 hours.  If you are writing about a vacation, you would pick the two best days.  Don’t ask you reader to read a page of “we drove down to the beach.” Instead, set up the event and then describe the highlights.  Your senior year of high school is not an event.  The day you and the rest of the track team carried your math teacher’s Prius to the football field where you hid the small car behind the bleachers as well as the trouble that followed–that is an event.
